Hey there! I’m Charisa, the founder and bookkeeping professional behind Lemeza Bookkeeping, LLC based in Missoula, MT.
As a Montana native, wife, and mom of two amazing daughters, I understand the hustle and bustle of running a service-based business. I believe that finding a healthy work-life balance is essential for both personal well-being and professional success. That’s why in 2020, I decided to take the leap and open Lemeza Bookkeeping – with the mission of providing personalized financial support tailored specifically to businesses like yours. My aim is to alleviate the stress of bookkeeping, allowing you to focus on what truly matters in your life & your business.
With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, I’ve developed a genuine passion for numbers. My perfectionist nature and keen attention to detail make bookkeeping feel like a second nature to me – there’s an undeniable satisfaction in completing a spreadsheet or successfully closing out a month’s books!
I am a Certified Public Bookkeeper through the NACPB and a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I utilize QuickBooks Online to provide top-notch bookkeeping services and am committed to continuous learning to enhance efficiency for our clients.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been the business relationships turned friendships. My goal will always be to help you feel confident and at ease with your books, transforming what can be a daunting task into a simple checkmark on your to-do list!

Hi! My name is Hilary and I joined the Lemeza Bookkeeping team in 2023. I moved to Missoula fifteen years ago from North Carolina and fell in love with the mountains and all opportunities for outdoor recreation. The stars have aligned, and I now live in Missoula with my husband, two kids, and our very large cat, Sylvie.
I truly enjoy working with numbers, bringing order to disorder, and find great satisfaction in some of the more mundane tasks of bookkeeping.
I have worked as a bookkeeper for the last 10 years using Quickbooks Online to track, organize, and grow our family business. As a bookkeeper to a small business, I understand that business owners are pulled in many directions, but also the immense importance tracking of expenses and income and having accurate financial statements. My hope is to alleviate the burden of bookkeeping so that you may focus on other aspects of growing and building your business.

Hello! My name is Lauryn and I joined the amazing team of women at Lemeza Bookkeeping in 2024. I have several years of experience in accounting and payroll in QuickBooks Online.
My passion for numbers and exceptional customer service has given me a strong foundation. I am committed to delivering high-quality work and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your company’s success.
The Bitterroot is home for me, my Fiancé and our 3-year-old, Nolan, and we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. When I am not crunching numbers, you can find me fishing, camping, or chasing my kiddo around our garden with our two dogs. I’m up for anything outdoors but I also enjoy curling up with some coffee and a good book.

Hi there! My name is Molly, and I’m absolutely thrilled to have joined the Lemeza Bookkeeping team in 2025 as the Bookkeeping Manager!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The University of Montana in 2014, followed by a Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc) from Montana State University in 2015. With over 16 years of experience in the accounting field, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries, both in public and private accounting, and even ran a few of my own businesses. This hands-on experience has provided me with a unique insight into the needs of Montana business owners and a deeper appreciation for the nuances between industries, allowing me to offer customized financial support tailored to your business.
What truly excites me about this role is the opportunity to analyze financial data and help clients gain meaningful insights into their business from an efficient and practical standpoint. I’m also excited to extend my knowledge to our wonderful team of bookkeepers and be a trusted point of contact for them.
