Hey there!  I’m Charisa, the founder and bookkeeping professional behind Lemeza Bookkeeping, LLC based in Missoula, MT.  I married my high school sweetheart in 2013 and we live in the beautiful state of Montana with our 2 daughters, Charley and Walker.

Having been in the finance industry for just over 10 years, I’ve learned that numbers are something that I’m truly passionate about. I’m a perfectionist and extremely detail oriented, so I feel like I am right at home being a bookkeeper. It’s almost embarrassing how satisfying it is for me to complete a spreadsheet or balance out and close a month of books!

I’m a Certified Public Bookkeeper through the NACPB and am also a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. I use both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop for my bookkeeping services and am always striving to learn more in order to become more efficient for my clients.

One of my favorite parts about this career has been the business relationships turned friendships. My hope will always be to help you feel confident with your finances while also making it enjoyable – not something that you dread every month.

Hi! My name is Hilary and have recently joined the Lemeza Bookkeeping team. I moved to Missoula fifteen years ago from North Carolina and fell in love with the mountains and all opportunities for outdoor recreation. The stars have aligned, and I now live in Missoula with my husband, two kids, and our very large cat, Sylvie.

I truly enjoy working with numbers, bringing order to disorder, and find great satisfaction in some of the more mundane tasks of bookkeeping.

I have worked as a bookkeeper for the last 10 years using Quickbooks Online to track, organize, and grow our family business. As a bookkeeper to a small business, I understand that business owners are pulled in many directions, but also the immense importance tracking of expenses and income and having accurate financial statements. My hope is to alleviate the burden of bookkeeping so that you may focus on other aspects of growing and building your business.
